My name is Sina-Marie Beermann, I am 24 years old and I did the dual study program at LEUE & NILL. I successfully completed my apprenticeship in January 2022. I then completed my Bachelor of Arts in June 2023 and am now on a Master's degree course.
I have been working in the Industry Coordination department at LEUE & NILL since January 2021.
I did an internship at LEUE & NILL back in 2018. There I gained a lot of insight into the private customer department. As I enjoyed it so much and came into contact with our training manager Marco and the dual study program, I wanted to do the dual study program at LEUE & NILL afterwards. I then had the recruitment test and the interview, which was very pleasant. One particularly positive thing I noticed was that as a trainee/dual-study student, everyone is very welcoming. Everyone supported each other.
Of course, it can also be more stressful at times. I found it difficult to get into the rhythm of work at the beginning, especially after school. I also had respect for getting to know my degree course because I didn't know anyone beforehand. In hindsight, this was completely unfounded and I quickly made new friends. My expectations were exceeded in every respect. I got on really well with my training supervisors. The joint trainee excursions were always a lot of fun.
Even afterwards, I still have contact with some trainees and colleagues from the training departments. You exchange a lot of information with each other and I really appreciate that.
