Hello, my name is Derman Günes and I am 24 years old. I'm in the first year of my apprenticeship and started my training as an insurance and financial investment specialist last summer.
Which departments have you already been in?
I worked in AXA sales and in LN pensions.
In which department(s) did you like it best and why?
I liked AXA Sales very much, as I was able to blossom there after a while and also handled most of the cases independently.
How did you decide to do your apprenticeship at LEUE & NILL?
I discovered LEUE & NILL by chance when I was looking for an apprenticeship. I liked the application process so much that I really wanted to do my apprenticeship here.
How was the integration into the company and the departments?
I thought the integration was great and have never experienced anything like it myself. The training managers (Marco and Simon) do a really impressive job.
What was your first impression?
The impression that Marco and Simon gave me was better than expected. We are a family business and that was and is very important to me. I am glad to be a part of it.
What do you like about training at LEUE & NILL?
That you are noticed, you are not just a number. You are valued for what you do.
Would you recommend someone else to do the apprenticeship at LEUE & NILL?
Anyone who feels comfortable in a family atmosphere should definitely come to us.
Do you already have plans for the time after your apprenticeship?
No, I haven't. My focus is on training.
Were there any difficulties or things that were unexpected?
No, I didn't notice. I'm very happy with my training.
How do you juggle school and work? Are there sometimes problems or is it really easy?
There are days when it gets exhausting for me, but with good time management and communication, this can also be solved.
