How did you decide to do your apprenticeship at LEUE & NILL?
My father works here and I already completed an internship at LEUE & NILL in 2017.
What was your working week like (when school or FH)?
I always had a full day of school on Mondays and half a day on Tuesdays, then I worked normally at the company for the rest of the week.
Do you have fond memories of your training at LEUE & NILL?
Yes, because it was a great time with lots of support and many funny moments.
What caused you the most problems at the beginning of your apprenticeship?
I found it difficult to make phone calls and also to come to terms with the fact that not every task you are given must/can be completed on the same day.
Is there a highlight moment in your training?
The various induction weeks and Christmas parties.
Funniest moment in training?
DJFunkreich.
What happened to you after your apprenticeship?
I now work in the commercial department and have completed my business administration degree.
Were your expectations (largely) met during the apprenticeship? Or what did you hope for before the apprenticeship?
As I had no experience with apprenticeships, not even among my friends, I went in with no expectations and was only pleasantly surprised. The time went by so quickly and you were helped so much to complete your training in the best possible way. In addition, the relationship within LuNA was always relaxed and fun.
Are you still in contact with your former trainee colleagues? How was your relationship with the other trainees in general?
The relationship was always good, I still have very good contact with some of them and of course I lose touch with others. Nevertheless, when you meet up again.
How was your relationship with your training supervisors?
I would say it was and is very good, you can always count on them and talk openly about everything.
How do you like the atmosphere in our company?
Very good, that's why it was clear to me to stay at LEUE & NILL after my apprenticeship.
Did you find the apprenticeship stressful or did you feel stressed during your apprenticeship?
Of course it was stressful at times. Especially at the beginning, when everything was still new and you were quickly overwhelmed. The end was also quite stressful towards the final exam. But thanks to the support from Marco & Simon and also from the company, you were able to cope with the stress quickly and find solutions and were very well supported.
