What can you expect during your training?
Our headquarters are located in the middle of Dortmund's Kaiserviertel. Here you will be trained for the most part and get to know our diversity and interesting activities. In addition, you will learn all important contents in the lessons of the vocational school as well as within our company.
Job profiles
In unserem Haus werden zwei unterschiedliche Abschlüsse angeboten, die wir Dir im Folgenden kurz vorstellen:
Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen (m/w/d):
- Robert Schumann Vocational College
- Block teaching
- Praxisphasen sind in der Regel für zwei bis sechs Monate in einer Abteilung.
- We offer training in the field of insurance.
- Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen arbeiten bei uns im Innendienst, können aber auch in interessanten und attraktiven Beschäftigungsfeldern im Außendienst eigesetzt werden.
- Advise residential and commercial clients on insurance and financial products.
- Serve as a direct point of contact on services, rates and contracts.
- Are familiar with new customer acquisition.
Dual degree program for insurance management:
- Apprenticeship as Management Assistant for Insurance and Financial Investments & Bachelor of Science in Insurance Management
- FH Dortmund
- Mondays & Tuesdays all day
- Vocational Training Center of the Insurance Industry (BWV)
- Merger of several German insurers
- Seminars from Wednesdays to Fridays (spread over the semester)
- Praxisphase in mehreren Abteilungen für je ca. sechs Monate
General info about the training
Working time
Bei der LEUE & NILL Gruppe wird ein Vertrauensarbeitszeitmodell verwendet. Das bedeutet für Dich, dass Du Dir deine Arbeitszeit in einem gewissen Rahmen selbst einteilen kannst. Du hast die Möglichkeit von 06:45 bis 21 Uhr acht Stunden zu arbeiten.
Generell wirst Du eine 40 Stunden-Woche haben, welche einer täglichen Arbeitszeit von acht Stunden entspricht. Außerdem steht Dir eine Mittagspause (30 Min.) zu.
Training duration
Die Ausbildung als Kaufmann/frau für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen dauert in der Regel drei Jahre. Wenn Deine Noten entsprechend gut sind, gibt es die Chance die Ausbildung auf zweieinhalb Jahre zu verkürzen.
Remuneration
Die LEUE & NILL Gruppe zahlt Dir die tariflich vereinbarten monatlichen Bezüge:
1st year of training: € 1,355 gross
2. Year of training: € 1,432 gross
3. Year of training: € 1,520 gross
Zusätzlich zu Deiner Ausbildungsvergütung bekommst du noch:

Vacation
Natürlich steht Dir auch Urlaub zu. Bei LEUE & NILL bekommst Du 30 Urlaubstage im Jahr zugesprochen. Diese kannst Du Dir relativ frei einteilen, natürlich in Absprache mit Deinem jeweiligen Ausbilder und unserem Ausbildungsleiter. Des Weiteren hast Du Anspruch auf Sonderurlaub. Zum Beispiel wenn Du umziehst.
Continuing education
Bachelor Professional in Versichungern und Finanzanlagen
Nach der Ausbildung besteht die Möglichkeit der Weiterbildung. Diese Entscheidung wird Dir überlassen. Der Lehrgang Bachelor Professional in Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen dauert in der Regel zwei Jahre und schließt mit einer IHK-Prüfung ab. Die Weiterbildung findet berufsbegleitend statt. Das bedeutet, dass Du neben deiner Arbeit noch Studieren gehst. In der Regel zwei Tage in der Woche.
Business economist:in
Mit der Weiterbildung Bachelor Professional in Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen hast Du schon einen sehr guten Grundstein für den:die Versicherungsbetriebswirt:in und Bachelor of Insurance Management gelegt. Diese Qualifikation macht es Dir möglich mittlere bis hohe Führungspositionen zu erreichen.
Part-time Master's program
After the dual study program for a Bachelor of Arts, you have the opportunity to complete a Master's degree. This takes place while you work. This path is suitable for very performance-oriented trainees and promises a profession with personnel responsibility and management tasks.
