We, the LEUE & NILL Group, are constantly growing and every year we take on many trainees who we can also take on after their training.
In the meantime, we not only offer apprenticeships for insurance and financial investment clerks, but also for office management clerks and IT specialists.
In addition, you can also complete the dual study program in insurance management with us.
All training places for the 2024 training year have already been filled.
Our headquarters are located in the middle of Dortmund's Kaiserviertel. Here you will be trained for the most part and get to know our diversity and interesting activities. In addition, you will learn all important contents in the lessons of the vocational school as well as within our company.
Two different degrees are offered in our company, which we will briefly introduce to you below:
The LEUE & NILL Group uses a trust-based working time model. For you, this means that you can arrange your own working hours within a certain framework. You have the possibility to work eight hours from 06:45 to 21 o'clock.
In general, you will have a 40-hour week, which corresponds to a daily working time of eight hours. You will also be entitled to a lunch break (30 minutes).
Training as an insurance and financial investment specialist usually takes three years. If your grades are good enough, you have the chance to shorten the training to two and a half years.
The LEUE & NILL Group pays you the collectively agreed monthly salary:
1st year of training: € 1,170 gross
2. Year of training: € 1,245 gross
3. Year of training: € 1,330 gross
In addition to your apprenticeship pay, you will also receive:
Vacation pay
Christmas bonus
Maximum amount of capital-forming benefits
Of course, you are also entitled to vacation. At LEUE & NILL, you are granted 30 vacation days per year. You can use these relatively freely, of course in consultation with your respective instructor and our training manager. Furthermore, you are entitled to special leave. For example, if you move.
Fachwirt:infor insurance and finance
After the training there is the possibility of further education. This decision is left to you. The course to become a specialist in insurance and finance usually takes two years and ends with an IHK examination. The further education takes place in parallel to your job. This means that you study alongside your job. Usually two days a week.
With the further training to become an insurance specialist, you have already laid a very good foundation for the insurance business administrator and Bachelor of Insurance Management. This qualification makes it possible for you to reach middle to high management positions.
After the dual study program for a Bachelor of Arts, you have the opportunity to complete a Master's degree. This takes place while you work. This path is suitable for very performance-oriented trainees and promises a profession with personnel responsibility and management tasks.
