Hello, my name is Fatime Shala and I am 24 years old. I have been with LEUE & NILL since 01.08.2020 and work in the finance department.
How did you decide to do your apprenticeship at LEUE & NILL?
Our school provided us with a careers advisor who introduced me to the company, then I found out about the company on my own and then applied.
How did your working week go?
I went to work from Monday to Wednesday and on Friday afternoons, and I had school all day on Thursdays and half-day on Fridays.
Do you have fond memories of your training at LEUE & NILL?
Yes, because my experience has been almost entirely positive.
What caused you the most problems at the beginning of your apprenticeship?
I found it difficult to get used to the 8-hour working day and making phone calls at the beginning.
A highlight moment in training
I have fond memories of the trips with our Luna team.

There were lots of funny moments 🙂
How did things go for you after your apprenticeship?
During my third year of my apprenticeship, I decided to join the finance department at our company.
Were your expectations met during the apprenticeship? Or what did you hope for before the apprenticeship?
I had hoped to find an employer where I would enjoy going to work and where I could stay after my training.
Are you still in contact with your former trainee colleagues? How was your relationship with the other trainees in general?
Yes, we still keep in touch today. I was very lucky to have a great year.
What was your relationship like with your training supervisors?
Very good. Marco and Simon always had an open ear for us and supported us wherever they could.
How do you like the atmosphere in our company?
Very good.
Did you find the training stressful or did you feel stressed during your training?
The fact that I went to school half the week and to work half the week made it stressful at times during the exam phase, but apart from that I found the course manageable.
