Team Buddies

The Buddies team is there for all future LuNAs, from the first meeting to well beyond the start of training. The Buddies accompany the application process and even take part in job interviews. As soon as new LuNAs start, the Buddies are on hand to answer questions, give tips and help them find their way around the company. But that's not all: the Buddies also organize and support social projects in which we as LuNAs do good together and take responsibility. They also get in touch with the new LuNAs before they start their apprenticeship to give them a good start with "starter packs". The buddies themselves have been in the same situation as the future LuNAs and therefore know exactly how they can help the LuNAs and make the start of their training easier.

This team includes project managers Klara and Derman, as well as team members Moritz and Jan.
