Social Media Team

Our social media team takes care of our social networks. They take pictures of our adventures and experiences that we LuNAs gather and then publish them on Instagram and co. The team is therefore always brainstorming and looking for ideas to further build our Instagram channel. Our social media serves to give you an insight into what training is like with us so that you can get a first impression of what it is like to be a part of LuNA.

Team Homepage

Team Homepage is a small team that jointly manages the LuNA section on our career page (which is precisely the part of the homepage where you just accessed this article). One of their tasks is to keep the page up to date at all times while also taking care of its design. It features the most interesting and important information that new LuNA’s should know. They regularly collect ideas and work together with the other project teams to keep the page exciting and informative. They deal a lot with IT, as they upload pictures or write new texts. They always show you the latest happenings, for example when we attended trade fairs or when the new LuNA’s had their induction week. Do you like working in a team? Team Messe

Trade fairs are great opportunities for a company to present its products and services. We at LuNAs like to use trade fairs to meet potential new trainees and expand our LuNA family. Therefore, we are mainly at training fairs and you may have even seen us at one yourself. The trade fair team is responsible for making all preparations and planning our booth and our appearance. The key factors for a successful trade fair team are communication, clear roles and responsibilities, team spirit, and careful preparation. Of course, we realize that not everyone possesses these qualities right away. That is not a problem at all, because all of this is learned over time and with the help of the other team members. Our trade fair team not only ensures great trade fairs where we present our company as a training provider, but also offers good opportunities to learn new knowledge and skills that are very important in everyday work as well.
