Starter Week 2023

The purpose of the LuNA Starter Week is for the new LuNAs, the LuNAs from the other training years and the company to get to know each other. A trainee from Hamburg also came to visit us and took part in the induction week.

The LuNA Starter Week 2023 ran from 01.08.2023-09.08.2023.

On Tuesday, the first day, all new trainees were welcomed and played team-building games as a group to get to know each other better. The lunch break was spent together in the L'osteria, accompanied by the training managers, before everyone met up again for various team-building games. Each new trainee was given a laptop, which they then set up together.

Wednesday was mainly spent with individual and group photo shoots of the new LunA's.

This was followed on Thursday by basic and eFiles training to familiarize the trainees with the company programs. There was also an initial online training course on safety in the workplace (e.g. cyber security, data protection, AGG....)

On Friday, all the trainees met up with the training managers and a few trainers for the highlight of the week at Phantasialand and had a great time there.

On Tuesday, a company rally was planned by second-year apprentices, in which the new LuNAs got to know our House 1 and 2 and various employees from the company. As we also want to constantly improve, there was also a feedback round and, to help them get started, training in the basics of workplace organization and telephone and time management.

Wednesday was mainly spent on training. The second part was safety training and online training on the subject of ExamTV, which is an online platform that can be used for further training in various types of insurance, but can also be used to study for upcoming exams, for example.

On Thursday, the last day of the induction week, there was an introduction to the LuNA projects in a kind of "speed dating", whereupon everyone was assigned to a project and given company lessons in the area of "sales".
