Vocatium 2026

This year we were represented at the Vocatium trade fair once again and were able to give numerous students exciting insights into the world of the insurance industry.

The Vocatium is more than a traditional training and career fair. It offers students the opportunity to gather targeted information about training and study options and to speak directly with companies. Through pre-arranged appointments, a personal exchange takes place on an equal footing, answering questions about everyday working life, career opportunities, and entering the professional world. Exactly this personal atmosphere makes the Vocatium a valuable platform for career orientation.

At our exhibition stand, our LuNAs were the center of attention. They reported firsthand about their daily training routine, their experiences within the company, and the diverse development opportunities at LEUE & NILL. The authentic insights were particularly valuable, as they gave visitors a realistic impression of the career profile of an insurance and financial investment specialist.

A special highlight was the Q&A session with our apprentice Jan. In a relaxed atmosphere, he answered numerous questions about starting an apprenticeship, the daily requirements of the job, and his personal experiences during the training. The open discussion met with great interest and led to many engaging conversations.

During the two days of the trade fair, numerous interesting conversations took place with motivated young people. It became clear how important personal interaction is in career orientation. Many visitors took the opportunity to learn about career paths, further education opportunities, and the corporate culture at LEUE & NILL.

For us, Vocatium 2026 was a complete success. We are delighted with the many new contacts, the great interest in our training programs, and the opportunity to present our family business as an attractive training company.
