Team Buddies

The Buddies team is there for all future LuNAs, from the initial get-to-know-you stage to well beyond the start of their training. The Buddies accompany the application process and even take part in job interviews. As soon as new LuNAs start, the Buddies are there as a point of contact, answering questions, giving tips, and helping them find their bearings in the company. But that is not all: the Buddies also organize and support social projects where we, as LuNAs, do good together and take on responsibility. They also get in touch with the new LuNAs before the start of their training to give them a great start with „starter packs.“ The Buddies have been in the exact same situation as the future LuNAs will be, and therefore know exactly how to help the LuNAs and make their start into training easier.

This team includes the project managers Klara and Derman, as well as the team members Moritz and Jan.
