Starter Week 2023
Training
The LuNA- Starter Week serves the purpose of getting to know the new LuNAs, the LuNAs from the other training years, and the company. An apprentice from Hamburg also came to visit us and took part in the introductory week.
The LuNA Starter Week 2023 took place from 08/01/2023 to 08/09/2023.
On Tuesday and the first day all new trainees were welcomed first and played team-building games as a group to get to know each other better. All trainee years spent their lunch break together, accompanied by the training managers, at L'Osteria before everyone met again for various team-building games. Each new trainee received their laptop, which were then set up together.
Wednesday was spent mainly with individual and group photo shoots of the new LunA’s.
On Thursday followed by a basic and eFile training session to introduce the apprentices to the company's software programs. Also an initial online training session on workplace safety (e.g., cybersecurity, data protection, AGG...).
On Friday all trainees met with the training managers and a few trainers for the highlight of the week at Phantasialand and spent a wonderful time there.
On Tuesday a company rally was planned by second-year apprentices, during which the new LuNA’s got to know our buildings 1 and 2 and various employees from the company. Since we also want to continuously improve, there was a feedback session as well as training in the basics of workplace organization and telephone and time management to help them get started.
Wednesday was spent predominantly on training courses. A second part consisted of safety training and online training regarding PrüfungsTV, which is an online platform that can be used for further education in various insurance topics, but also for studying for upcoming exams, for example.
On Thursday, the last day During the orientation week, there was an introduction to the LuNA projects in a sort of ‘speed dating‘ format, after which everyone was assigned to a project, as well as company training in the ‘Sales‘ department.
