I have been with LEUE &amp; NILL since August 1, 2020, and I work in the finance department.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How did you come up with the idea of doing your apprenticeship at LEUE &amp; NILL?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Our school had provided us with a career counselor who introduced the company to me, and then I gathered information about the company on my own and subsequently applied.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How did your work week go?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Monday through Wednesday and Friday afternoons I went to work, and I had school all day on Thursdays and half a day on Fridays.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Do you like looking back on your training at LEUE &amp; NILL?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Yes, since I have had almost exclusively positive experiences.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What caused you the most problems at the beginning of your training?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Getting used to the 8-hour workday and making phone calls was difficult for me at first.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A highlight moment in the training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>I like to look back fondly on the trips with our Luna team.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Funniest moment during my apprenticeship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>There were many funny moments \ud83d\ude42<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How did things go for you after your apprenticeship?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>I already decided during my third year of apprenticeship to move to the finance department in our company.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Were your expectations met during the training? Or rather, what had you hoped for before the training?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>I had hoped to find an employer where I enjoy going to work and can stay after my apprenticeship.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Do you still have contact with your former fellow trainees? What was your relationship with the other trainees like in general?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Yes, we still maintain contact to this day. I was very fortunate to have a great class.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How was your relationship with your training managers?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Very good. Marco and Simon always had a listening ear for us and supported us wherever they could.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How do you like the atmosphere in our company?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Very good.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Did you find the apprenticeship stressful, or did you feel stressed during your apprenticeship?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Because I went to school half the week and to work the other half, it got stressful at times during the exam period; apart from that, I found the training to be manageable.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hallo, mein Name ist Fatime Shala und bin 24 Jahre alt.
